Error code 213 indicates that the transaction has expired. It can be caused by:
- You didn't enter the OTP code into the Codashop payment page in time (if using the Direct Carrier Billing payment method), or
- The Codashop system did not receive your payment during the session time (if using Bank Transfer/E-Wallet/Convenience Store payment method).
If you are not charged, please restart your device and try purchasing again.
However, if you have already paid or been charged, please contact us here with proof of your payment. So that we could help you to check it on our system.
