How do I earn Coda Rewards?
First, ensure the game you’re topping up supports Coda Rewards — most games on Codashop do.
Second, ensure you’re either logged in to Codashop or have entered an email address/phone number before making your purchase.
You should automatically earn Coda Rewards on successful payment and this should be reflected in your Codashop account within 6 hours from purchase.
I don't have a Codashop account and I entered my mobile number instead of an email address during the transaction. How can I receive my Coda Rewards?
Activate your Codacash wallet with the same phone number you used to earn the rewards.
Your rewards will be automatically transferred to your account.

When will I receive my Coda Rewards?
The rewards should be credited to your account within 6 hours of purchase. If you haven’t received them after that time, please check that the email address or phone number provided during your purchase is accurate.

Where will I receive the Coda rewards?
Your Coda Rewards are tied to your Codashop account. If you don’t have a Codashop account, you can still earn Coda Rewards by entering your email address/phone number before purchase.
How do I use my Coda Rewards?
Coda Rewards can be used to get a discount on your next purchase on Codashop. If you have enough Coda Rewards, you can simply toggle the switch above the payment channel selection section and a discount will automatically be applied.

You can only receive Coda Rewards on transactions if the email address is keyed in.

Is there an expiry date for Coda Rewards?
Yes, Coda Rewards earned must be used within 45 days or they will expire. No extension or refund will be provided.
Is Coda Rewards transferable? Can I share it with my friends?
While you can certainly tell your friends about it, we do not allow the sharing or transfer of Rewards between accounts.
How can I check the expiry date of my Coda Rewards?

Can I cash out my Coda Rewards?
No. Coda Rewards is to be used only on Codashop and cannot be cashed out or used elsewhere.
